Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Breathe Essential Oil for Respiratory Problems

I’ve noticed that their are multiple oils that have the same use as another. Though it may work differently than one another.

I’ve seen people use peppermint, eucalyptus, and even frankincense (topically) for respiratory problems and for better breathing.

When I first started I only knew of peppermint with one whiff of a few drops, they really cleared my sinuses.  Talking to people who were familiar with oils, many use eucalyptus.

Fortunately, Doterra makes a great blend so you can have both plus more blended together in a perfect way so that you don’t have to mix and match for an effective respiratory blend.

Doterra calls it Breathe.

Breathe is a blend of the following oils:

Peppermint – Antiseptic and anti-inflammatory and is cool and dialting the system

Eucalyptus (eucalyptus radiata) may have an antiveiral effect and reduce the inflammation of the nasal mucous membrane

Melaleuca (melaleuca aletnigolia) – antibacterial antifungal, antiviral, and expectorant, propertied

Lemon – Anitseptic, and cleansing.

Laurel Leaf – anitiseptic and antifungal, helps with asthma, bronchitis, and viral infections

Ravensara: is a powerful antiviral, antibacterial, ant-infectious oil. It may help dilate, open, and strengthen the respiratory system. It may also helps support the adrenal glands.

Breathe works great with some of are friends and family that uses it, especially for asthma.

I’m glad that Doterra makes great essential oils blends such as Breathe with a name that’s easy to remember and identify.
